My name is Robin, a proud Yorkshireman now living in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia. I bring nearly two decades of experience in the property and construction industry. An advocate for ESG initiatives both within and beyond the workplace, I’m passionate about embedding ethical leadership and sustainability into business strategy. I focus on aligning strategy with purpose to create meaningful impact and champion a culture of collaboration and innovation. I previously served as Director of NSW at Codicote and Associate Director at RPI, where I was responsible for driving business growth, fostering relationships, and delivering successful projects.
My career in the UK included roles at ARUP, Taylor Woodrow, and Vinci Construction, where I honed my expertise in design and design management. Since then, I’ve cultivated a strong track record in Australia, developing empowered, high-performing teams and leading projects from inception to completion.
